I’m Leah O’Neill, the founder of The Ridge Wellness and Recovery. My passion for helping others stems from my own journey through addiction and recovery. After being diagnosed with necrotizing pancreatitis in 2022 due to alcohol addiction, I knew I had to transform my life—not just for my survival but for my future.
Through movement, nutrition, and holistic healing, I rebuilt my body, mind, and spirit.
I know firsthand that recovery is more than just quitting a substance—it’s about learning to thrive again. I created The Ridge to offer others the same life-changing tools that helped me heal. I believe in using fitness as a tool for empowerment, nutrition as a foundation for healing, and mental wellness as a pillar of long-term success.
Let’s build a life beyond addiction—one step, one meal, and one mindful moment at a time.
